Pay through the Resident Center app (Android & App Store), or by check or cash at our office: 315 Trogdon Lane, Bedford, IN 47421. Rent is due the 1st, with a 7-day grace period.
Submit a maintenance request
Submit requests through the Resident Center app. We aim for a same-day response. For urgent issues, staff supports emergency requests from 9am–9pm at 812-578-7976.
Good to know
- Pets must be leashed and picked up after — no fenced yards at any property.
- Quiet hours generally follow local city noise ordinances, typically 10pm–8am.
- Firearms are not allowed on the property; smoking is forbidden inside homes.
- 2 vehicles per unit — no RV, boat, or trailer parking/storage.
- Home businesses, painting, or unit changes need community manager approval first.
- Guests can stay up to 1 week before they need to be added to the lease.
Renters insurance isn't enforced, but it's strongly recommended — your belongings aren't insured by Red Roots Capital, and the lease does require coverage.
