Red Roots Capital was founded in early 2020 with one goal: help families put down roots across the Midwest. We started broad — traditional multifamily buildings, house flips, whatever made sense — before finding our focus.

Over the past several years, that focus has become rental communities across Indiana. Where we find a property that's been let go, we don't patch it up — we rebuild it: new infrastructure, and brand-new, high-end homes in place of whatever was falling apart before. That build-to-rent approach is why our residents tend to stick around, pay on time, and actually like where they live.

Today, that's 245 homes across 8 properties in 4 Indiana cities — and growing.
